We want you to love your Shawn Mendes official apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
